• Controlled substances
• Fraudulent listings
• Stolen property

Barter Bucks (BB) is a platform utility used to facilitate trusted trades.

BB is NOT:

• an investment
• a financial product
• a cryptocurrency
• a speculative asset

BB involved in trades may be held in escrow until verified completion.

QR verification confirms real-world trade checkpoints.

It does not itself complete a trade.

Users agree to:

• trade honestly
• provide accurate information
• respect other traders
• avoid fraudulent behaviour

Barter Bucks provides dispute management tools but cannot guarantee every outcome.

Accounts may be suspended or removed for violations.

Barter Bucks provides the platform but does not take ownership of listed items.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
